Social Fund
 | NAWRA has raised concerns about the proposed reform of the Social Fund
contained in the Welfare Reform Bill. The following concerns were raised
with Kitty Ussher, MP: |
| The powers to contract out to external providers who
would then set their own terms and conditions. |
| The proposal to offer goods and services as an
alternative to a cash award. |
| The loss of the right of review in both of the cases
above. |

Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
| NAWRA wants to hear about the way that 'pathways' contracts are being
handled and client experiences. You can send your comments to your
regional committee representative (see 'Committee' link on the left of this
page). |

the benefit and analysis of the benefits rates.
