Daphne Hall
Daphne Hall at Rightsnet is NAWRA vice chair and representative for south west England.
Daphne has worked in welfare rights since 1990 as an adviser with Citizens Advice, at Springfield Psychiatric Hospital and with Bristol City Council. Since 2014 she has been an editor at rightsnet.
In addition she is a freelance trainer and writer in welfare rights and is a contributor to CPAG’s Welfare Benefits and Tax Credits Handbook and to Disability Rights UK’s Disability Rights Handbook.
Daphne represents NAWRA at the DWP operational stakeholders forum and also also given evidence to the Work and Pensions Committee and Public Accounts Committee on behalf of NAWRA.
